What is our New Normal?

06/06/2020

It seems the only thing constant these days is change, and like many of you, I am struggling to adjust to the new normal.

Life before covid moved so fast, there never seemed to be enough hours in the day to do everything that needed to be done.  The pandemic has forced us to slow down, catch our breath and refocus.

Moving forward it is important to remain flexible and be patient with each other.  Offer to pick up groceries for someone who isn't able to get out to do their own shopping,  make a quick call to check in and let someone know that you care about them, and of course shop local to support our small businesses (remember they support our kids sports teams and sponsor local events).

It is easy to feel isolated at a time when social media has replaced social gatherings, and virtual hugs have  replaced real ones, but now more than ever we need to stand together and rely on our strong spirit of community.

Together We Can!
